ATTENDING YOUR FIRST CLASS: Simply choose the class that you want to attend and plan to arrive 20 minutes early. We will have you fill out a registration form (if you have not registered and paid online) and get you set-up to take your first class! Please be sure to let the teacher know about any injuries or special physical circumstances.
REGISTRATION: Click here to download PDF registration form, fill it out, print, sign & bring it with you to class. Alternatively you can register and pay online. New students aged 14 & 15 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and have their registration form co-signed by a parent or legal guardian. New students aged 16 & 17 years must have a parent or legal guardian sign their registration form.
PAYMENT: Cash or EFTPOS facilities are available.
WHAT TO WEAR: Wear something you will be comfortable stretching and if doing hot classes then sweating in. Light comfortable clothing is best. Remember if it's hot, avoid wearing long pants and heavy t-shirts. Be sure to bring a change of clothes if you wish to shower.
MATS, TOWELS & PROPS: We offer yoga mats complimentary if purchasing the $49 Intro Offer. After this time yoga mat hire is $2.00. Towel hire is $4.00. If you bring your own towel please ensure it is a 'shower' size. For Yin Yoga classes there are a limited number of bolsters, blocks and straps for student use. We encourage you to bring your own.
WATER: Hydrate well. We sell bottles of water at the studio as well as coconut water, fresh cold press juices, kombucha and other healthy drinks! There is also a filtered water fountain where you can fill your drink bottle.
PREPARATION BEFORE CLASS: Please ensure you have eaten a light meal at least two hours before class time.
ARRIVE ON TIME: Classes start promptly so be sure to arrive on time. Students will not be allowed into class after the teacher's introductions are complete.
